James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning musical takes everyone’s favorite storybook tales and brings them together for a timeless-yet-relevant piece that makes for a rare modern classic. Prima’s production was directed by Galia Backal, Resident Director of the Broadway smash hit, SIX.

PRiMA Theatre’s ILLUMINATION - Set Designer
ILLUMINATION is an immersive holiday concert that brings together powerhouse vocalists, skilled instrumentalists, and a baby grand piano at the center of a theater-in-the-round, all bathed in the warm glow of hundreds of candles. The stage design featured a hand-painted floor pattern created with large stencils, while golden metal risers held the carefully arranged candles, casting a magical ambiance throughout the space.
